Perform ArcGIS Administrator duties for Life Time, Inc.Designed a market optimization tool, which uses an Alteryx Location Optimizer macro, that incorporates demographics and existing trade areas to identify the top targets for potential sites.Built a model to project cannibalization of existing clubs when opening a new club. Built model to project revenue for potential Life Time sites.Implemented a Python script which updates numerous layers in Real Estate's ArcGIS Online web maps, turning a time-intensive monthly update process into a quick and easy daily process.Developed Alteryx workflows which automate the data update and data entry tasks used by the Location Intelligence team in creating revenue projections for prospective sites, which saves time and eliminates the possibility of data entry errors.Designed a new trade area calculation workflow which considers the spatial density of each club's individual member locations to better calibrate our trade areas.
