Currently furthering my education with the Project Management Course at Penn State Great Valley. Applying what I will learn on an app that helping create to be the go-to for promotional marketing between content creators and restaurants. I am a recent graduate at the Fox School of business. Through my 4 years of retail sales, I have developed impactful customer satisfaction and retention skills by naturally connecting and communicating with customers and their needs. These skills assisted in my sales knowledge and growth in retail by creating strong customer connections in various fields. I plan to enhance my communication and customer focus skills at a future firm. I would like to start in management and move to a higher position in a company.I previously worked at Bloomingdale's which allowed me to experience sales and develop my love for it. In my short time in retail sales, I learned quickly how to sell and what style works best for me. In the near future, I plan to find an internship that could allow me to strengthen my interpersonal skills. I am also currently taking the MIS minor to further my knowledge in the growing world of tech.
