I am based in the Northeast and work at Teach First as an Early Talent Officer, supporting soon to be graduates access our fantastic Teacher Training Programme. This challenging yet rewarding graduate scheme consistently features highly in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers. Teach First support the best graduates enter the classroom and start their careers as new teachers, moving into schools where they are needed most. Not only that, but we equip trainees with the experience and skills required to become great leaders - as a Teach First trainee you are much more likely to move into a school leadership position than training through other pathways. My experience of working in schools in the Northeast of England has been exciting, challenging and extremely rewarding.
