I actively sell and maintain all of my personal metrics including: overall volume, wedding volume, repair volume, care plans, and credit card applications. This allows me to consistently rank at the top of my store in sales and the top 10 of all the stores in my region (65 associates). A big focus is to identify a store metric where improvement is needed and make adjustments to see measurable change at the individual and store level. Work one-on-one with my mentee over an entire summer. I had to plan an itinerary every week that was fun, creative, and age appropriate.
