Working as a lead instructor on the part-time Frontend Web Development course, I helped students learn the foundations of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

My role at Mighty Sharp was as a Frontend/JavaScript developer. Over the years I worked with Angular 1.x, Vue JS and for the final two years I was solely building React JS projects.I built out the majority of the frontend for many of the sites we worked on, mostly using Sass as a CSS pre-processor and never any external frontend frameworks.The projects were run in an agile workflow, meaning the whole development team was always working alongside the client in close iteration cycles.

Working on a short-term contract, I helped build a white label product to allow clients to have their own ordering system within their restaurant/café. In building this product, I mostly worked with HTML5, Sass, Javascript (Backbone.js) and Ruby on Rails.

I worked as a freelance personal trainer based in Cambridge, specialising in weight loss, fat loss and core stability.

I worked as a fitness instructor at KX Gym, gaining valuable experience in how a successful gym is run. My employment with KX was brief as I soon realised I wanted to start up my own personal training business.
