Matt is a principal consultant for Triad, a UK based IT consultancy that provides the skills, commitment and people to help companies in the public, private and third sectors achieve their digital transformation goals by quickly delivering specialist teams across Agile and waterfall projects. Matt has 20+ years’ experience in technical leadership, architecture, full-stack development, continuous integration/deployment, development process improvement, technical strategy and full lifecycle quality assurance. His experience spans government, policing, defence, private and 3rd sectors. Matt is a rapid learner, successful leader and team player, who enjoys new challenges, transferring knowledge, he has both Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.Matt established and leads Triad’s Technical Community of Practice. Reporting directly to the CTO, he is responsible for contributing to Triad’s strategic direction, leading and driving business development initiatives and practices, team building and mentoring, training and recruitment, sales and bid work.Triad defines, designs and delivers digital solutions, working alongside customers to understand their businesses and technology challenges to then provide specialist teams that ensure projects are a success.
