Interned at a Management Consultancy firm that undertook financial reviews and transformation programmes across the Social Housing Sector• Analysed data of 20,000 housing repair jobs and identified where operative productivity levels were low to recommend corrective action was taken to ensure financial targets were achieved • Built and ran a financial model that underpinned the Client financial appraisal and Business case for retaining the existing workforce versus an outsourcing model and stress tested the assumptions and quantified different scenarios• Inputted key Project Management information into Microsoft Project and found the critical dependencies for a transformation project to deliver £5m of efficiency savings• Analysed Vantage’s CRM system using each segment of the target market by size and spend to inform decisions on Vantage’s new sales and marketing strategy• Developed as part of a 3-person team a new digital benchmarking tool for the Housing sector that transformed regulatory and financial KPI benchmarking. Introduction of the tool ended a monopoly providing much faster information to customers at a price that was 67% lower.

Reported to the Business Centre Manager for aspects of the administrative, bookkeeping and customer service functions for 8 weeks• Inputted petty cash and client job sheets into Excel• General administration tasks: including filing and analytical work• Served and dealt with Customers in reception and on the telephone switchboard including sales enquiries, pricing jobs, typing letters and colour photocopying • Raised sales invoices for customers and processed purchase invoices onto Zero software• Input of cost budgets and monthly variance analysis for management accounts to assist the manager achieve the financial targets of the company
