As a senior project manager, sole ownership of project budgets, schedules, procurement of materials and services, fabrication of hardware components, and implementation of all design, engineering, and site work to meet contract requirements and client spent fuel dry storage needs. This includes oversight of multiple adjunct project managers for project support and alignment of resources to support the project schedule.Project Experience:Responsible for turnkey implementation of Holtec's spent fuel dry storage system at RE Ginna, Calvert Cliffs, Limerick, and Nine Mile Point, including:- Site-specific dry cask storage design and engineering work in the structural mechanics, thermal hydraulics, and nuclear disciplines (150+ deliverables) - Plant engineering work consistent with the Standard Design Process to support multiple plant modifications, including underwater spent fuel pool cutting/welding and cask handling crane modifications (15+ engineering change packages)- Licensing evaluations for 10 CFR Part 50 and Part 72 engineering products - Execution of plant modifications and construction work per on-line work management milestones - Fabrication of dry spent fuel storage systems and all associated ancillaries to support fuel loading activities- Coordination with Holtec's Site Services group for preparation and execution of NRC dry runs and subsequent spent fuel loading campaigns. - Providing direct project status updates to Holtec and Exelon senior executives on a weekly basisResponsible for Holtec's Project Manager On-the Job Training Program, including;- Completing an overhaul of the program to drastically improve efficiency and standardize learning- Conducting and planning classroom and virtual training for new hires and established PMs to improve technical acumen and project management skills- Mentoring of 25+ adjunct PMs and PMs over 3 years, with an additional 16 mentees from other company departments, both domestic and international

• Project Manager of various large-scale projects:*Domestic Projects: Responsible for the project and engineering management for the use of Holtec's HI-STORM series of spent nuclear fuel storage casks at many domestic commercial power plants, including turnkey installation of the HI-STORM UMAX system at SONGS, the HI-STORM 100 system at Ginna, and the FW system at Calvert Cliffs, Limerick, and Nine Mile Point, with individual projects ranging up to $20M in annual invoicing. *International Projects: Responsible for the project and engineering management for the design and supply of Holtec's HI-STAR series of spent nuclear fuel dual transport/storage casks at several international nuclear power plants in Spain, Switzerland, and Belgium, with projects ranging up to $15M in total value. • Development of a project plan and accountability for project execution and oversight including cost, schedule, and quality controls of all aspects of the project including equipment design, analysis, licensing changes, manufacturing, site modification, delivery, and implementation• Delivery of project multi-discipline engineering software deliverables to facilitate a shift in nuclear dry storage technology, including critical structural, seismic, and nuclear analyses to support licensing commitments• Delivery of fabricated components to support storage of thousands of spent nuclear fuel assemblies for both the Holtec above and below ground storage systems including the main and ancillary equipment• Oversight of all project licensing requirements and applications with the NRC and foreign regulatory bodies, including initial submittals. • Preparation of subcontractor work scopes and oversight of third party AE firms responsible for engineering change package preparation.
