I managed and executed the Product and Business Development at C-Cargo, a Notre Dame startup. I managed daily operations, communicated with hardware and software leads to drive progress, and ensured company efforts are always aligned with our vision.Additionally, I identified and engaged with industry stakeholders to influence product feature design and build our pre-sales pipeline. Through conversations with industry experts and deep, comprehensive research on all aspects of international and domestic freight shipping, I crafted our core value propositions and positioned our startup to be successful in the industry.I don't shy away from getting my hands dirty with the technicalities of product design. I led the physical prototyping of our product by ideating, designing, 3D modeling, 3D printing and manufacturing, assembling, and constantly iterating our mechanical components. I always try to make parts myself first, and when I can't - I find suitable manufacturers who can with the potential to build at scale. I also developed our connected device's firmware by coding features in C++ and conducting sensor analysis to characterize, calibrate, and implement environmental sensors.

Acted as the interim founder of a university-backed startup to determine proof of concept and product market fit for a new computerized product dispenser.I represented the startup in two pre-accelerators. Notre Dame's Race2Revenue was an intensive summer long program in a cohort of 19 other ventures, providing resources, space, and guidance to develop the ideas. The VentureWell Pioneer Workshop for college students was a cohort of 15 startups to validate business plan and go-to-market strategy under the direction of VentureWell advisory board.I conducted a month-long beta test of the product dispenser in the South Bend Airport. This included interviewing 40+ end-users, designing and constructing a free-standing dispenser display, developing marketing materials and strategy, continually troubleshooting the prototype, drafting a user's manual, and tweaking the business model.
