Job Captain (July 2012 - August 2013)- Responsible for developing the design and construction document sets and working 3D model for interior fit-out of a 7,000 SF jewelry exchange and sales offi ce, and for managing external lighting, audiovisual and security consultants.- Collaborated with the principal-in-charge on design, plan layouts, material selections and detailing, and responsible for delegating tasks to junior employees as needed.Architectural Intern (April 2011 - July 2012)- Assisted in drafting design, construction, bid and fi ling sets for multiple projects, including a 9,000 SF animal hospital, several tenant fi t-outs for the International Gem Tower (including the model unit), and a three-story renovation of a single-family residence on Long Island.- Worked to develop the supporting diagrams for legal reports used in two eminent domain cases.
