I also implemented enhanced logistics and maintenance planning and operations to ensure a continued equipment readiness rate of over 90% throughout the project.Formal Duties: Responsible for providing technically and tactically proficient leadership to the unit in both peace time and combat operations. Ensured the health, welfare, and training of soldiers in the platoon. Maintained and operated 45 pieces of construction vehicles and equipment valued at over $6.5 million.
