As the group increased operations, my role expanded to include general management. In 2011 the organisation restructured to create two new entities. The Asian Pacific Group was formed as a new parent company to encompass the three main brands: Asian Pacific Property and Construction, Asian Pacific Hotels and Resorts and the newly created Asian Pacific Corporate Services.I played a key role in developing and operationalising the new structure at a time of exciting growth which saw my accountabilities increase to those of COO.

The focus of this role was to lead the identification, negotiation and expansion of business opportunities for Asian Pacific Building Corporation.
