I describe myself as a 'Remediation Geologist'. I work with a lens to establish and implement the workflow for data collection, logistics, data interpretation, and practical remediation. I find my skillset and interests lend greatly to developing workplans for remediation projects and then leading the team that implements them. I appreciate the creative problem solving sessions with our engineers, former regulators, and LSRPs to bring case closure for our clients.At ELM, my team satisfies client needs through technical soil, sediment, water, and vapor media assays with subsequent data management, interpretation and reporting. We focus on streamlined scope and budget development, regular updates that support communication, and client involvement. We aim to achieve both traditional and creative/cutting-edge remediation programs to meet clients' needs.Particular interests include NAPL forensics, investigation, and remediation, chlorinated and petroleum compound investigation, remediation system and injections program performance monitoring, commingled groundwater constituent plumes, remedial alternatives evaluations, and remediation oversight.My personal focuses include training and mentoring, imbuing experience and creative problem solving skills, and creating an environment for eager and successful growth for the newest members of our Team.
