About Matthew Rotella

I am a result driven self-sufficient General Manager capable of directing all facets of a full service fine dining restaurant. My experience spans serving, training, and managing in casual dining settings through fine dining restaurants.My daily goal is to create a memorable experience for every one of my guests. If I am doing my job properly, each guest will feel like a welcomed guest or an old friend visiting my home. I challenge myself to exceed their expectations at every opportunity.My strong ability to communicate has been a significant factor in my success to date.
