With nearly 20 years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), I have developed a passion for high-quality prehospital care, being an effective mentor to new field clinicians and providing education to the next generation of clinicians & outreach to the community. I am currently employed at Family Medical Transport Full-time as an EMT, Part-time at Roper Hospital LifeLink Ambulance as an EMT & Continuing Education Instructor and with Lowcountry Regional EMS Council as an Adjunct EMS Instructor. As an Inter-facility Transport EMT, I respond to calls for service, assess and transport patients to appropriate/necessary facilities as well as respond to 911 calls to contracted facilities and as a back-up service to a county system.I am currently working to obtain my SC Level III EMS Instructor to further pursue education and mentorship of new EMS Clinicians entering the EMS Field.
