As Vice President of Professional Services for Coalfire Systems my responsibilities include managing and growing the consulting practice, delivering security and audit services to Coalfire clients and providing leadership within the firm for operations and services related to PCI, FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA, GLBA, GDPR, CCPA and many other security specialities.Coalfire is a leading IT audit and compliance firm that provides audit, security, and compliance solutions for over 1,000 customers including Cloud, Payment, Healthcare, Federal and Service Providers clients throughout North America.Our security solutions are adapted to requirements under emerging security and data privacy legislation including PCI, NIST, GLBA, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NERC CIP, SOX, FISMA and FedRAMP.

Matt is Vice President World-wide Professional Services at Equinix. He oversees the overall strategic direction, operations and launching of a world class professional services organization within Equinix. Matt is responsible for the creating Global Hybrid Cloud, Datacenter, Network Optimization, Data Governance, Risk and Compliance practices. He is responsible for developing the GTM, Operating Model, and Business Plan including developing Partner Eco-System and Channel program for PS. His role also includes coordinating product management, corporate development, acquisition and consulting function throughout Equinix organization. Matt was promoted to acting CEO of Nimbo, Equinix's first professional services acquisition, a MSFT and AWS Cloud consulting and managed services company. In his first quarter leading the organization he contributed to transforming the business model and establishing sales engagement and alignment methodologies. As a result, Nimbo achieved record quarterly sales and revenue results.

Matt oversaw the sales, presales and delivery aspects of over 12 professional services practices and over 700 consultants and grew the business from $30m to $300m over 4 years. He led a global Professional Services and Consulting organization which included Security, Cloud, Mobility, I&AM, GRC and PCI Practices. His team's primary focus is establishing a Trusted Advisor relationship and promoting Verizon professional and core managed services to customers. His goal is to provide integrated business and technology solutions to organizations to improve productivity, compliance and security.

Matt was Vice President at Cybertrust - prior to its acquisition by Verizon - he headed up the Identity and Access Management product management and consulting organization. He was responsible for the overall Identity Management strategy and service offerings at Cybertrust.
