I am a highly-motivated and detail-oriented lawyer in Toronto working in the areas of civil litigation and commercial litigation, with a focus on Wills, Trusts, and Estate Litigation, Employment Law, and Professional Liability. I have appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, various courts of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including the Estates List, Commercial List, and the Small Claims Court.I articled with Shibley Righton LLP in 2010-2011. I returned to the firm as a lawyer in 2011, where I have practiced since.Prior to articling, I graduated from law school at Queen’s University where I made the Dean’s Honour List and won the R. W. Leonard Prize in Trusts. While at Queen’s, I was a columnist for the law school newspaper and President of my graduating class. Prior to law school, I obtained my Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mathematics and Human Biology at the University of Toronto, and graduated with Distinction.In my spare time, I enjoy playing guitar, reading, playing sports, and spending quality time with my family.
