I also oversee the Civil Litigation Department, representing businesses and individuals in matters including business torts, breach of contract actions, employment litigation, fraud and unfair & deceptive practices litigation, construction law, and large-scale consumer class action prosecution and defense—all through pre-trial, discovery, trial, and appeal.
