Matt joined Stellantis Ventures shortly after the launch of its first €300 million fund. He is responsible for sourcing new investments, coordinating due diligence, negotiating transactions, and advising executives in portfolio companies, including serving on boards of directors. He has been involved in the venture capital community for several years, evaluating startups and creating strategic partnerships with key players. Matt spent his career in investment consulting before joining Stellantis in 2017, where most recently he was a senior member of the North American Business Development / M&A team. In this role he was responsible for all aspects of due diligence and negotiation of strategic investments, joint ventures, and cooperations designed to bolster Stellantis' core products and operations in its largest market. Matt holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Michigan. He is based in Detroit, Michigan.
