CurrentAt the helm of GBS Capabilities-Americas for The Kraft Heinz Company, my leadership ensures the transformation of current ways of working to deliver strategically critical CAPEX & OPEX initiatives across North America. In less than two years we have transformed the people, processes, tech, and data flows across our E2E value stream--> successfully breaking down silos, streamlining, processes, and raising the level of collaboration between organizations; creating a dependency network that improves business agility and GTM times. Central to my strategy is the introduction of agile team ways of working and the deployment of advanced technologies such as AI and digital platforms, which lock in process improvements and drive program success. We have successfully integrated agile and waterfall teams, product and project work groups to deliver value throughout the value stream in a coordinated effort. Now everyone can organize around prioritized initiatives and deliver the value in a collaborative environment. Having managed programs both large and small across various industries, these methods are crucial for success. They facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and third-party organizations, leading to effective delivery of strategic plans. Be aware that the introduction of these methods is highly disruptive! It's the kind of disruption organizations want to be competitive and crucial to their journey to business agility in a competitive market. Whether I’m on a mega project or a team project, I've found that facilitating transformation is best done using agile methods to deploy digital enhancements to value streams, improving processing speeds, reducing quality errors, and driving collaboration.
