I am a recent graduate of Western Michigan University with a degree in Integrated Supply Chain Management. I consider myself a hard-working and driven. Over my time at Western, I have gained skills in logistics coordination, product management, and various other supply chain skills. This past year I have worked at MiEN Company. Getting real-world working experience this past summer has taught me a few important skills. I have improved my communication skills by, working with a team and successfully working with them all summer and virtually into the school year. Another skill that I have learned is how to be a good team player. I will always try my hardest to lend a helping hand to a coworker in need, and I would hope they would do the same for me. A close-knit team is something that I think is a very important aspect of company culture.
