This technical leadership has crossed multiple disciplines including manufacturing operations, project management for new equipment deployments, and production equipment design and development to name a few. Beyond just assigning and accomplishing objectives, I have worked with team members individually to engage them in their professional development, so they are prepared for their next role when it becomes available.As a direct result of managing all commissioning activities for an OEM industrial equipment provider, I have first-hand knowledge of numerous industries and market segments allowing me to build world class manufacturing strategies by borrowing ideas and concepts used in multiple industries. These industries have included automotive, aerospace, energy, steel, and hyper-pure silicon production, to name a few.With a diverse and in-depth knowledge of multiple engineering fields, my ability to eliminate issues resulting from the interfaces between disciplines has consistently delivered projects that meet and exceed expectations.
