Responsible for the successful delivery of online/digital projects, business relationship management and business development of the tier 1 customer base, ensuring the implementation of new products, the support of existing business services and the generation of new business. Managed cross functional teams across multiple locations, both nationally and internationally. Key client projects included:Liverpool Football Club (LFC) – responsible for the development and implementation of the LFC online store within the Amazon platform, directly integrated with the LFC order, stock and delivery management systems. The new shop front accounted for the second largest sales contributor to the club, by increasing the accessible customer base without cannibalising existing customer channels. As a secondary success, this project delivered Amazon their first English Premier League customer, providing both a large PR benefit and a demonstrable product to other ‘interested’ parties that were considering a similar initiative but where yet to commit.Punch Taverns – The largest pub and bar operator in the United Kingdom, with over 5,800 leased and self-managed establishments. As Development Manager, I was responsible for a major overhaul of the client ordering and payment system, delivering new features enabling Punch to redirect 8,000 manually processed payments a month to its online portal without any disruption to its daily processing of £500,000 worth of orders.Money Corp – The second largest foreign exchange company in the UK, offering an online service for currency exchange. I was responsible for the delivery of three new customer systems (white labels) for the UK Telegraph, RyanAir and Virgin Atlantic money exchange partnership programs. In addition to these delivery projects, I lead a successful bid to build Money Corps first iPhone App, introducing a new channel for customers and order management.
