Responsible for new business, creative work, creative and production operations, staffing, culture, and financial health of a 400-person company with a distributed workforce.• Inspired and led a team of 140 in the Creative and Production departments.• Established ways of working and processes that increased profitability across the company.• Won the most awards in the history of the company for the work and culture.• Grew relationships with Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Molson Coors, Kraft Heinz, Intel, Dunkin, and more, increasing revenue beyond $100M for the first time in company history.• Built a new pipeline of multi-cultural talent to the business through a boot camp for students that became a mandatory, for-credit course at Chicago State University. This increased incoming diverse interns and new hires.
