Source, research and write daily articles on Planning, Architecture and Development within the Greater Toronto Area. Requirement to work under daily deadlines and liaise with freelance writers, managing editors and photographers.

Most notable projects included the internal design of a 7,000 sq.ft cyber-tech co-working space acting as the ‘gateway’ project at Cyber Central and planning approval for a 20,000 sq.ft mixed-use urban regeneration scheme within Cheltenham providing flexible co-working spaces and utilising modular units. The role also enabled me to personally see several private residential projects from conception to completion.

Working on a combination of residential and healthcare led protects situated within Worcestershire and South Wales. A selection of projects dealt with the conservation, renovation and adaptation of listed buildings.

Engaging in a variety of public and private residential schemes in the UK, Monaco and Angola. The position allowed me to engage in early design concepts for private residential villas in Luanda, submitting a planning application for the construction of both 279 mixed residential units with a community facility in Erith and a large scale mixed-use development in Brentford.

Predominantly working within the public residential sector, the role focused on projects within the Concept and Developed design RIBA Plan of Work stages. I was mainly responsible for curating planning documentation mostly notably a 195 unit residential scheme on an existing brownfield site in Brentford consisting of 2-5 storey houses and flats.
