The media associate role at The Climbing Lab Ltd involved of creating and scheduling innovative videos for social media platforms, executed within in a 24-hour filming and editing deadline. Worked alongside and created content for The Climbing Lab’s partnerships with Red Bull and Mod Pizza.

Responsible for organising group discussions and leading a team to produce feedback documents which were then pitched to the dean of the school to develop the BA Hons English and Media degree.

Role involved the promotion of the Humanities and English department to prospective students and parents. Specific responsibilities included group and one-to-one discussions whilst professionally representing the university.

As a store host at IKEA, I was responsible for making sure that every customer had a positive store experience. I cooperated with colleagues from different departments to find the correct support for our customers, ensuring that a satisfactory solution was always available when visiting IKEA Leeds.
