I wear a couple different hats in the town of Annandale, MN. My full time job is selling new Chevrolet's and used vehicles at the wonderful Country Chevrolet here in town. I'm also a City Councilman for the City of Annandale, and have been a Volunteer Firefighter with the Annandale Fire Department since 2010. Since I was little, I've always loved cars and trucks. My parents tell me that I was naming brands of cars by their headlights at night while still in a car seat. I've always been drawn to them. So it was probably a shock to nobody when I started working in the detail department of Country Chevrolet in high school. My love of cars wouldn't be going away anytime soon, the auto industry has too much of a pull on me.Following high school I moved to north central North Dakota and worked on a large crop farm for a family friend. It was a great learning experience, and helped cement a strong work ethic in me. I couldn't stay away from the car business for too long, and soon I started selling Toyota's in Devils Lake for Lake Toyota, part of the Bergstrom group of dealerships in Devils Lake, ND. I was there for a little over a year, when I got an offer to come back to Annandale and sell cars at Country Chevrolet. Country Chevrolet is a close-nit dealership. It has a wonderful small town atmosphere, with no pressure sales, and friendly service. We strive to make sure everyone is treated like family. All of our departments work great with each other, making the entire process smooth. When I'm not working, my time goes to my family. My wife and I have two beautiful daughters that keep us on our toes. Outside from that, I try to put as many miles on the motorcycle as I can, or go pheasant hunting in the fall, and ice fishing in the winter. My family is into the outdoors, so it's been great growing up with respect to nature and enjoying being outside. I love hearing my customer's hunting and fishing stories, and swapping ideas and tricks. A person needs to have a good mix of work and personal life, and those hobbies definitely help with that.
