Then, I fulfilled my childhood dream of leading soldiers in and out of combat - and learned that leadership is not a rank or an authority, but a choice.TransformationTransitioning into civilian life challenged my identity. But in time, I was able to use the skills I’d gained in the military to carve out a leadership career in multinational corporations, including Huntsman, a global leader in chemical manufacturing. I’ve driven several IT portfolios across numerous M&A activities since joining Huntsman. In 2021, I began my Executive MBA at the University of Houston.I also discovered my place in the entrepreneurial world and founded Tech Turnaround in 2015, a premier Houston-based IT consulting and virtual CIO firm that empowers founder-run SMBs through cloud, virtual CIO, cybersecurity, and incident response solutions. TodayI’m continuing to draw from my military career and from the dynamic world of tech innovation to drive transformational change for SMBs and global organizations alike.
