Allovue was acquired by PowerSchool in 2024.

+ Brought in to help take Allovue to growth. Worked with the leadership team to improve existing sales & marketing systems as well as develop new processes that enabled the team to focus on being effective. These improvements supported 212% pipeline growth in 2023 and helped make Allovue an attractive acquisition for PowerSchool in 2024.+ Lead the strategy & development of a custom Lifecycle Management System that unified the effortsof the Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams. As a result, this gave company leadershippreviously unavailable insight into how prospects, leads, and customers entered into our pipeline,enabling them to identify what was and wasn't working.+ Developed a unique knowledge sharing system that uses a series of HubSpot Playbooks, customproperties, workflows, and ticket pipelines that enables team members to share, in real time,information they've gathered during meetings at various stages of our sales cycle. This system hascreated numerous efficiencies and has positively impacted sales velocity.

+ Collaborated with clients to maximize their use of HubSpot by analyzing their marketing, sales, andcustomer service processes and aligning them with the platform.+ Assisted in the development of an updated RevOps service offering that successfully transformedshort term client engagements into long term relationships. This increased our average clientengagement length by 40% and helped stabilize our recurring revenue.

+ Delivered a 28% increase in revenue by continuing to expand or improve our retainer-based services.The rapid growth enabled us to double our employee headcount and further increase our capacitywithout sacrificing the quality of our work.+ Helped achieve a record 20% profit margin through strategic price increases and processimprovements, even with rapid growth in headcount and expenses.

+ Directly influenced a 40% growth in revenue by developing several retainer service offerings, includingInbound Marketing, SEO, Paid Advertising, and HubSpot Technical Consulting. Previously, the companystruggled to grow capacity due to the volatile nature of their existing lines of service (Brand Design,Website Design & Development & Print Design).+ Worked directly with clients to develop and execute marketing strategies that blended DigitalMarketing (SEO, Paid Digital Ads, Content Marketing, Organic Social Media) with more traditionalmethods (Direct Mail, TV, Radio, and Print Advertising).

Worked as a Business Development Rep and helped the Siftrock secure it's first several clients. Siftrock was eventually acquired by Drift in 2018.
