Internship in a spin-off of the Institute of Leadership and Human Resources Management of the University of St. Gallen.Founded in 2007 as a spinoff of the Institute of Leadership and Human Resources Management of the University of St. Gallen, the energy factory St. Gallen AG's services comprise the planning and implementation of employee surveys to measure energy, leadership & strategy consulting, and training programs for managers and HR managers. Through the close collaboration with the University of St. Gallen, the energy factory can guarantee that clients receive excellent consulting services in accordance with the latest findings from organizational and leadership research.Main tasks during the internship:Supporting the team in the evaluation, analysis and presentation of its empirical studies using Excel VBA, R and IBM SPSS. Supporting the team in the development, preparation and implementation of workshops and trainings using Powerpoint. Administration of the ongoing recruiting of potential new Junior & Senior Consultants. Conducting interviews of applicants, both by phone and in person.
