I am a European, Swiss and French Patent Attorney and my job is to help and assist inventors and applicants to efficiently protect their various kinds of intellectual property (IP) and to defend their rights against (potential) infringers. Specialties : - Patent prosecution, - Patent Litigation, - Patent portfolio management and valorization, - Filing Strategy.I passed the European Qualifying Examination in 2010 and the French Qualifying Examination in 2013. I am also a Swiss patent Attorney since 2011.More particularly, I graduated as Dipl. Eng. Msc. in the Electrochemical field at the Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (ETHL) in 2003. After this, I started working for Small Patent Firm in Geneva as a Patent attorney in the chemical and electrochemical field, and spent two years in their Paris Office (2005-2006), working on mechanical cases.In 2016, I joined KATZAROV SA, one of the largest IP firm in Switzerland, as head of the mechanical/electronical department and became a Partner in 2017. In 2017, I also have been appointed as General Manager of the KATZAROV's MANUAL Deparment which edits the KATZAROV's Manual on Industrial Property, which is the Worldwide reference IP handbook in over 200 coutries since 1924.Thanks to this, I have an extremely broad technical background.
