I had built two successful startups: A SaaS with 80 employees and an event company hosting thousands every year. Despite my outward success, something felt off. I was exhausted - physically, and soul-deep. Even with all my achievements, I wasn’t happy. I needed to understand why.In a bold move, I exited both companies freeing myself from the weight. My relationships were crumbling, my first investments were failing, I felt utterly lost. I knew something had to change. I didn’t want to return to startups, but I also couldn't continue as I was.The turning point came in a vision journey with a mentor. I realized that I had to face myself. No amount of external success, travel, or new ventures would fill the void unless I addressed my insecurities, fears, and anxieties. I decided to confront these inner challenges with 1:1 support from trauma-informed executive coach Rick William. This leap of faith, a high 5-figure investment, cleared the last of my savings, but it changed everything.I worked with the world’s top coaches, incl. Tony Robbins and Dr. Joe Dispenza. I learned that everything stems from my way of being; the more regulated my mind-body system, the deeper I experience presence, joy, and intentional creation in my life.
