I was busy dealing with low self-esteem, anger, sadness, and fears.One day, I came across Amy Morin through her famous TED talk, "The Secret of Becoming Mentally Strong." She thinks creating an anger management control plan is the best method for managing anger. I realized I needed control plans for all the emotions I couldn't manage. So, I started to reverse-engineer the best self-help books, blog posts, videos, and scientific publications I could find. I transformed the core ideas into small, actionable steps. Once I applied them to my emotional challenges, it started to click.Armed with the right resources, I recreated my whole life. Being finally able to handle my emotions let me achieve what I always wanted. I started to build healthy relationships. I reached my professional goals.
