Head of Accounting on Crystal Serenity one of two luxurious vessels in this impressive six-star-operation where perfection is standard. I am overseeing Crew Accounting (Payroll) and the Front Office for financial matters. Responsible for documentation and monitoring of operational budget performance and cash control, as well as concessionaire settlements and the regular Casino audit; accountable for all guest, crew and company statements. Handling Special Guest Services, ensuring that all purchased amenities and onboard credits are provided to the guests, which requires a high level of customer service skills. I also take responsibility for the smooth operation of all concessions onboard, tending to their requirements in all areas from maintanance, personnell to marketing issues.

Accurately calculate payroll for all officers, staff, and crew and verify payments accordingly, including but not limited to, payment of wages, free time compensation, and overtime and merit pay. Train, coach, counsel, and support the Assistant Crew Accountant, ensuring they performed all functions with 100% fiscal accuracy. Act as Controller for Crew Assets, closely monitoring and reporting on all fiscal transactions from internal sources. Managed pay and reimbursements along with establishing fiscal responsibility guidelines.• Continuously provide Six-Star Service to officers, staff, and crew, effectively handling complaints and comments in an efficient and timely manner. • Manage Ocean Pay debit cards (Brightwell), allocated new cards, distributing replacement and companion cards when needed, instructing and training on the use and security of cards. • Address all crew-related accounting matters and ensure that crew manifests are consistently correct.• Order flight tickets and organize transportation for debarking officers, staff, and crew, providing a smooth clearance process upon arrival in all ports.• Ensure and facilitate all visas required for each port of call are in order and up-to-date for all officers, staff and crew on board, embarking or debarking vessel.

Maintained detailed inventory counts of all hotel items and placed orders for subsistence, bonded, consumables, entertainment, and other items as needed, adhering to company mandate minimum and maximum stock levels.
