He was the architect who transformed a traditional IT organisation into an effective service oriented organisation applying ITIL v3 standards. In line with the reorganisation Manpower Germany outsourced their SAP, WAN and Desktop systems. He focuses now on Digitalisation, maturing requirements and supplier relationship management. Prior to this role, Matthias managed the EMEA region data centre for his former employer - a fortune 500 company- and actively contributed to designing, establishing and implementing the relevant Service Delivery and Support processes. The C-level then trusted him with the task of designing and establishing a CMMI-based Quality Assurance process for an ERP implementation programme
