Matthias was born in Germany. Ed note this become important later ;) In a past life he was a Musician, an Actor, 
Screen writer and basically just “ an all round Creative “dude”. His rock star style & good looks initially lead him to be an accomplished Physiotherapist “back in the Fatherland” - which is a bit random to say the least. 
 
And so it was...that back in 2009 Matthias moved to London 
and found a job of running a chain of Cafes. 
 
It was here he soon discovered that - as Creative as he was, while “You can take the boy out of Germany - you can’t take Germany out of the boy.” 
 
Yes indeedy - that old German Efficiency ran through his blood all right. Just “one sniff” of bookkeeping & numbers and he was off. Apparently it seems that numbers, quadratic equations and efficient systems pump through Matthias veins - as opposed to anti bodies & white blood cells coursing through ours – . Strange? True. 
But actually quite helpful if you run a business. 
Whilst mild mannered you don’t want to cross swords with him. Matthias often can be found walking through town with his foil on his way to a fencing session. He competes across the UK and internationally.
