Next to that, I defined actual applications and market opportunities for the products, as well as implemented a lead management tool. To ensure the future success of the company and its international expansion, I completed a Quality Management System and reached the ISO 9001 certification.

After starting the international sales department I was solely responsible for the implementation of the Quality Management System under ISO 13485. Furthermore, I supported the production manager to set up lean manufacturing processes by using lean principles, Kanban methods, and Poka-Yoke.
