Our factory is located in Huadu, 20 minutes from Guangzhou Airport. We developped and produce mainly man bag, diaper bags and high end school bags.There is 60 dedicated worked working in KELAIDI, 2 lines of production with 12 000 Bags capacity/Month.We are professional in using full grain leather and fabric mixed.Since 2018 we also developped important source of RECYCLED FABRICS (Polyester cotton)， and qulified suppliers who can supply RECYCLED products (Carton, Polybags, Cotton straps Etc.)Our factory is a young factory, we opened in 2016/03, by taking over the workshop who was producing for our trading company. With an extensive knowledge and know-how toward bag making, production, and quality, we decided to change the level of quality we could supply from China. Quality doesn't cost more than normal product, it requiers just better formation, wider vision, and perfect management system. Helped by Lean spirit, we have success in controling our defect rates under 1% on production line, to reduce our lead time by 1/3 while increasing the quality of our products, but also our employee quality of life by increasing salaries and reducing work time. Finaly, and this is the main point, Crea-d is placing it's customer at the very center of it's reflexion regarding management. Service is including quality, but also fighting waste.
