After my end-of-studies internship at Estimages, I have been hired as a junior geophysicist in the Norwegian affiliate of Estimages.During more than two and a half year, I was in charge of carrying out studies in Northern Europe area especially over the NCS.This allowed me to develop my skills in term of velocity modelling building, TD conversion and noise attenuation of seismic data on different type of project (post stack and 4D project mainly). I also developed my relationship with Estimages customers in Northern Europe through numerous sales meetings.I was also more involved in Estimages’ communication during conference (EAGE and SPE events).

For my end-of-studies internship, I completed a 6-month internship at Estimages which is a French company specialized in geostatistics which is working mainly for the oil and gas industry.During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on regional velocity model building especially in the Northern Europe area (UK, Norway and Netherlands).The main tasks I had completed during my internship were:• QC of the velocity dataset (2D & 3D), of the time interpretations and of the well time-depth functions. Conditioning of the input data using geostatistical methods.• Merge and calibration of the seismic velocities to the well time-depth functions• Uncertainty assessment at regional scale.Software: Isatis, QGIS, opendTect, Estimages’ geobox (internal tools).

In the context of my double degree between ENSG and EOST, I completed a three-month internship from June to August 2015 in Seisquare.Seisquare is a French company specialized in geostatistics which is working mainly for the oil and gas industry (upstream).During my internship, I worked as a geophysicist consultant on local and sub-regional studies and I did conditioning of raw velocity and time interpretations using geostatistical methods. Cstjf-Pau

At the end of my 2nd year at the School of Geology in Nancy, I completed a six-month internship in TOTAL’s R&D department in CSTJF (Pau, France) as a geologist intern. I worked on the risks assessment linked with geomagnetic perturbations and radon exposure in Russia, the assessment of permafrost thawing effects on radon exposure and the specific risk linked with NORM’s in the extraction of shale oil.This internship leaded to operational recommendations applied in TOTAL sites.Technical skills: • risk mapping (ArcGIS);• shale oil specific extraction;• HSE policy;• geomagnetism;• radon migration through the soil.Human skills: • team working;• knowledge sharing;• leading meetings effectively;• oral presentation to fellow colleagues in English;• written report in English.
