- Advice and support to Large Swiss Corporates in Direct support of Senior Key Account Managers - Business case review, processing and defense for specific deal types and transactions (working capital financing, investment and acquisition financing, including syndicated loans and club deals), often in close collaboration with the Structured Finance, IB and Legal departments- Day-to-day client business with Large Corporates- Client meetings (including preparation and subsequent implementation)

- Credit analysis and decision participation on credit application for working capital needs, leasings or structured-financing (MBOs and Equity Repurchase cases) for SME clients in the french speaking part of Switzerland- Critical appraisal of business models and definition of sustainable debt capacity- Monitoring of decisions taken including newly fixed covenants and monthly reporting

- Direct support to decision-makers through ad-hoc analysis- Design and implementation of financial planning tools for R&D department- Financial data analysis and reporting, tracking and reporting internal budget changes- Participation in budget planning, along with challenging Departments Heads' assumptions- Monthly P&L by departments and follow up subsequent action plans- Assessment and control that overall manufacturing costs meet budget to achieve organizational objectives- Ensuring compliance with internal controls
