Full cycle recruiting focusing on everything from individual contributors to Executives and Board Members through sourcing and outreach. Partnered with hiring managers to create job descriptions and the hiring processes for positions ranging from financial roles, engineering/product, general roles as well as Executive hiring and Board Member additions. Additionally, helped select/migrate the old ATS system to Greenhouse while setting up and implementing user access, parameters, scoring rubrics / scorecards, and monthly reporting to track funnel conversions. While supporting company hiring I help write and create training materials on interviewing best practices, how to properly ask open ended questions and formulate interview structures, ATS overview and best use practices, and headcount forecasting and hiring strategies. Additionally, help promote culture and inclusion while being a active member of the C&I team.

Oversee the management of an AT&T store, which includes new manager training, creating training exercises to improve employee knowledge and skills, employee scheduling, inventory audits, hiring new employees, cash balancing and deposits, as well as many daily tasks which include upselling to meet store metrics. The store has met or exceeded metrics under my management placing in the top ten stores in the Western Region monthly.
