About Matthieu Douziech

I am passionate about developing talent and reigniting organizations to grow their business in a results and data-driven manner. I understood very early on that digital transformation would be a global movement that would impact the way organizations look at HR, ways of working, economic models and strategies.That's why I founded Harpoon and Bigfish with the goal of reinventing executive search and talent management today, for the leaders of tomorrow. Eight years later, we continue to lead the way and stay ahead of the game. Last but probably the most beautiful, I am a reserve soldier at Brigade de Sapeurs-Pompiers de Paris (BSPP) and a board member of Baan Dek Foundation, a wonderful NGO which fosters children's education, health and safety of children in Thailand. This is what makes me awake and happy every morning.
