In the Infotainment Development team, we had to deployed a new system merging Cluster & Infotainment Screen feature for DPE Car(s) as new 308, DS4, C5X & Astra.This was also a real interresting challenge involving many suppliers as Qualcomm, Marelli, Harman, TomTom, ...I was in charge of Validation Team activities, integration & performances convergences & Update Over The Air Validation and debuging.- Coordination & Collaboration of the different entity involved in the validation process- Backlog creation & Animation of the team members- Reporting progress status on the agreed activities with significant KPI and automatic process tool- WarRoom animation for integration, cross functional & performances hot topics- Supporting internally all stakeholders involved in the product development phase (fleet, project, factory)- Supporting the final brand(s) customers to ensure the customer issues are resolved as effectively and promptly as possible- Update Over The Air feature deployment & convergences until the SOP- Strong collaboration with Offboard IT systems team & Factory stakeholders to define process, debugging & managing issues convergences - IOT-Engineering team - Manufacturing & AfterSales team - Car Configuration team - Cyber Team- Supporting N2 analysis- Organize & Capitalize on best practices to ensure continuous improvements(Tools : jira, confluence, git, Qt framework-QML, linux & integrity OS, hypervisior, python, project management tool suite)

In the Infotainment Development team, we starting a new challenging developement schema and I was in charge of HMI SW development on one of the OVIP product called RCC-Connected Radio Color HMI.This was probably my most interresting experiences where i was able to touch and grow many skills and roles which finally give a good satisfication of making this qualitative product on the fields.This new development was finally the premise of the next infotainment projects based on the NEA architecture, ...- Management of Suppliers delivery planning & content- Coordination & Collaboration with multiple TIER(s) involved as sub part of the product (HW/MW & HMI) - Architecture design - Cross-Functionnal issues - Performances convergences - Integration process & automation - SW HMI Testing activities- Definition, Deployment & development of common API(s) between MW & HMI- Defintion of SW Configuration Management plan- Reporting of overall HMI activities, development issue with significant KPIs- Leading regular project review with Buisness, Product and top management teams- Supporting Issues N2 analysis from fleet feedback(Tools : jira, confluence, git, jenkins, Qt framework-QML, linux, project management tool suite)
