• Development of sustainable debt products (Green Loans) : innovative financing solutions by the addition of environmental & social criteria, ad hoc certification process and adapted clauses to enhance traditional debt products and attract ISR investors• Origination of sustainable clients (Renewable Energy) : Pitching of clients, presentations to industry forums and clients' workshops• Coordination of the commercial strategy on the Renewable Energy sector - Drafting the strategy to reach BNPP target announced at COP 21 (x2 expo by 2020)- Steering business development initiatives in key markets (Germany, France, US): market review, commercial development plan, pitching of new clients- Portfolio review (€7Bn exposure)• Change Management:-CSR Screening: development of a lean process to identify reputation issues related to the environmental or social impact of CIB clients (c.1 MEUR dev. Budget)

Financing transactions in the energy sector (9+years) - Review and negotiation with clients and advisors of the key performance & financial assumptions (output, revenues, debt level & maturity); - Mitigation of key risks (regulation, technology, reserve account sizing); - Participation to the credit committees (c. 3/4 committees/months); strong experience in the energy sector (c.20 deals/y)Definition of several credit policies in the energy sector:- Due diligence on strategic power markets (Brazil, Russia, CEE) - List of Bankable PV panels manufacturers (factory audits & credit review)- Inaugural solar PV credit policy for BNPP Retail Branches- Nuclear CSR policy, the first one published by a commercial Bank

Gas division:- Negotiation of the gas contract with subsidiaries and tailor-made contracts for large clients; - Project manager to establish the first gas supply to Belgium (Supply, sales, IT, legal, back-office);- CCGT projects: negotiation of the gas supply agreement

Optimisation & Trading division :Day-ahead load curve forecasting (France) ; Production planning and arbitrage between generation sources ; bid/ask offers for the trading desk ; crisis management (3x8 shift work)
