Prepare proposals, including cost & benefit analysis, for larger change requests or small/medium projectsWhen needed, act as a Project Leader for small/medium-sized projects Participate collaboratively in joint incident resolution, data extraction and other operational activities in support of specific business applications (with other members of the CC team and Regional IS teams)Coordinate the prioritization process for business IS requests in line with Business and IS strategy for a specific business area (with the BSOG for a designated business area or with specific business managers from that business area)Prepare and plan projects and manage delivery for a specific business area (with business stakeholders, IS colleagues and external consultants/programmers)Support the Competency Center team(Design Authority and IS) in improving processes (with Process Owners and other designated participants)
