Support, challenge, review and execute the strategic priorities of the Markets business in the Asia-Pacific region. Develop business plan and build out of a subsidiary in new location. This includes three new business licenses (across Markets and IBD/Syndicate) and implementation of the activities onshore. Particular focus on the set up of robust controls and an adequate risk management framework to ensure compliance with local requirements Led the roll out of new regulations with completion of impact assessment and gap analysis that led to the implementation of new controls, training and procedures to ensure continuous compliance with the new regulations. This includes the use of data correlation, aggregation and visualisation technics as well as clustering and trends approach to analyze large set of data.
