Supplier Quality Manager
Current- Lead and coordination of the Supplier Quality team and activities – currently 7 persons.- Daily work distribution to the team, define priorities, ensure communication with the team and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.- Involved in close partnership with Global Purchasing and Supply Chain on the sourcing strategies, supplier assessments and selections, for developing business with best in class suppliers.- Development and implementation of new processes: supplier evaluation and risk assessment, including environmental and ethical criteria, qualifications, performance measurements, re-invoicing of non-quality costs…- Creation of new procedures and working tools: evaluation and audit checklists, root cause analysis, corrective actions / CAPA follow-up, control procedure, incoming inspection, KPIs dashboard…- Responsible for the progressive deployment of the Supplier Quality processes and methods within the worldwide Business Centers, especially in China and in the USA.- Supervision and management of troubleshootings, customer complaints through root cause analysis and CAPA plan, communication to internal and external stakeholders, including customers.- Supplier audits and inspections.
