Pilot Purchasing Quality Assurance (ANPQP) for serial projects (Clio, Megane) Key reponsibilities:- Monitored all the references of a project in terms of quality assurance,> Lead of 8 groups, one for each parts of the car (Done)> Responsible of the 2 projects in terms of quality and on-time delivery of quality documentation (Done, in 2005/12 for Clio and 2006/04 for Megane)- Synthesized hard points for the different projects boards (QCD reviews, milestones…),> Weekly presentations of progresses- Managed providers to evaluate risks and to help them to fulfil their commitments.> About 10 suppliers visited and trained for Renault specifics tools.
