Initially trained as a Molecular Virology Scientist, I am also very interested in broader fields of research based on Molecular Biology and in vitro and in vivo models, as well as in Directed Molecular Evolution. These universes are fairly vast and tools are close to limitless. Among other things, I recently developped protocols for CRISPR-Cas9 ''Knock out'' and ''Knock in'' in difficult to handle cell lines (HepG2.2.15 and HepG2 among others). I conducted these projects in the INRS-Centre Armand Frappier as an employee of Replicor. I am trained to work in both academic and private companies environnements. Finally, in line with my current job description (Principal investigator of in vitro pharmacology/Replicor, and associate professor/INRS-Centre Armand Frappier) I have supervised numerous students/postdoctoral fellows (see recommandations below).
