I am responsible of the deployment of 3000 iPad Pro, replacing a classic dual "iPad + Laptop" workstation for sales population in front of final client. This project follows the "Apple-IBM MobileFirst for iOS" framework and is part of the official partnership with Apple and IBM + AXA."Imagine what your computer could do... if your computer was an iPad Pro." - The challenge was to replace a classic Windows device with a new generation of hybrid devices based on iOS.Key responsibilities and parts of this project are:- Proof of concept design with Apple teams at Cupertino (CA)- Full solution design fitting with business needs- Following the request for proposals, deployment and helpdesk solutions- Integration of the iPad Pro with the Information Systems at AXA- Integration of the iPad Pro with external Apple for Enterprise systems like DEP (Device Enrollment Program) and VPP (Volume Purchase Program) and Architecture Teams synchronization with MDM production Teams (AirWatch)- Quality certification of existing legacy apps, and new apps running on the iPad Pro- UX design oriented and redesign of legacy apps based on business needs- Certification with the IS Security teams- Budget and planning management- Team management (consultants, change management, UX, information systems, security, IT, helpdesk)- Project Sync with new App design teams "Discovery" for the sales population- Change Management support- User Labs to test the final solution- Planning of Beta-Test and Extended Beta-Test (Pilot)- Project dashboard and monitoring- Regular solution presentation to the IS and IT management board- Presentation of the solution to the Head of IS at AXA Group- Presentation of the iPad Pro in front of AXA Group management at Matignon (Digital Share and Show)- Internal communication to the AXA France teams on new workstations (tablets, mobiles...)- Attendee at the annual Apple WorldWide Developer Conference 2016 (WWDC 16)
